BMC Demolishes Illegal Construction At Ajay Devgn's Juhu Bungalow

BMC has taken action against illegal construction at actor Ajay Devgn's bungalow in Juhu. The BMC demolished parts of the property after issuing a notice under Section 354A of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act. The notice directed the halt of construction and submission of necessary documents, but work continued. The bungalow, leased to Florian Hurel Salon Private Limited for commercial use, had undergone structural changes without prior approval from the BMC's building proposal department.
