Athletes from Karnataka achieved a significant haul of four gold, three silver, and two bronze medals at the 2026 Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan. This performance marks an improvement from the previous edition, with golds secured in women's individual golf, women's 4x400m relay, men's hockey, and women's cricket. While silver medals saw a slight decrease, the increase in gold and the addition of bronze medals indicate an overall enhanced performance. The Karnataka government plans to felicitate the medal winners soon.
