Bihar Minister of State Rank Withdrawn, Govt Bungalow Vacated

Neelam Devi, wife of Mokama MLA Anant Singh, has been removed from her state-level committee membership and stripped of her Minister of State status. The Bihar government has also ordered her to vacate a government bungalow on 1, Hardinge Road in Patna. This action follows her and Anant Singh's expulsion from the JDU for six years due to alleged anti-party activities during the Bihar Legislative Council elections. The couple had supported an opposition candidate instead of the party's official nominee.

नीलम देवी से राज्यमंत्री का दर्जा छीना सरकारी बंगला खाली करने का आदेश

मोकामा MLA अनंत सिंह की पत्नी नीलम देवी को राज्यस्तरीय समिति की सदस्यता से हटा दिया गया है और उनसे राज्यमंत्री का दर्जा भी वापस ले लिया गया है। बिहार सरकार ने उन्हें पटना में 1, हार्डिंग रोड पर स्थित सरकारी बंगला खाली करने का भी आदेश दिया है। यह कार्रवाई बिहार विधान परिषद चुनावों के दौरान कथित तौर पर पार्टी विरोधी गतिविधियों के चलते JDU से छह साल के लिए नीलम देवी और अनंत सिंह को निष्कासित करने के बाद हुई है। इस जोड़े ने पार्टी के आधिकारिक उम्मीदवार के बजाय एक विपक्षी उम्मीदवार का समर्थन किया था।
