Norman purchased the ocean-to-Intracoastal property in 1991 for approximately $4.5 million and spent three decades extensively rebuilding and expanding it. The estate features over 31,800 square feet across multiple buildings, including 10 bedrooms and extensive recreational facilities. The property also boasts significant water access, with docking on the Intracoastal Waterway and coastline on the Atlantic Ocean. The sale reportedly went to the family of Victoria's Secret billionaire Les Wexner.
