He stressed the urgent need for timely destruction of old records and keeping their identities away from media and online platforms. Speaking at the Juvenile Justice Act consultation, Justice Kant emphasized that true rehabilitation requires reintegration into families and communities without stigma. He urged participants to adopt effective practices from the consultation to ensure children can return to society without their past cases haunting them online.
