A massive 200-ton machine, transported on a 308-wheeled truck, has arrived in Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh. This specialized equipment, known as a cyclization reactor, was imported from Belgium and will be installed at a new bioplastic plant. The machine will facilitate a chemical process to convert sugarcane-derived sugar into PLA, a type of bioplastic. This innovative approach aims to produce plastic-like materials from sugarcane, a source traditionally associated with sugar production. The plant's operation signifies a significant step towards sustainable material manufacturing.

गन्ने से प्लास्टिक बनाने के लिए 308 पहियों पर पहुंची 200 टन की मशीन

एक विशाल 200 टन की मशीन, जिसे 308 पहियों वाले ट्रक पर ले जाया गया था, लखीमपुर खीरी, उत्तर प्रदेश पहुंची है। बेल्जियम से आयातित इस विशेष उपकरण, जिसे साइक्लाइजेशन रिएक्टर के नाम से जाना जाता है, को एक नए बायोप्लास्टिक प्लांट में स्थापित किया जाएगा। यह मशीन गन्ने से प्राप्त चीनी को पीएलए, एक प्रकार के बायोप्लास्टिक में बदलने की रासायनिक प्रक्रिया को सुविधाजनक बनाएगी। इस अभिनव दृष्टिकोण का उद्देश्य गन्ने से प्लास्टिक जैसे पदार्थ बनाना है, जो पारंपरिक रूप से चीनी उत्पादन से जुड़ा स्रोत है। संयंत्र का संचालन टिकाऊ सामग्री निर्माण की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम का प्रतीक है।
