LA Clippers Waive Cam Christie Ahead of $2.3 Million Salary Guarantee

NDTV Sports · sports

The Los Angeles Clippers have waived Cam Christie, a move that comes just before his $2.3 million salary was set to be guaranteed. This decision provides the team with increased roster flexibility for the upcoming season. While Christie is no longer under contract for the guaranteed amount, the Clippers may still explore the possibility of him returning to the team. Such a return could be on a two-way contract, allowing him to play for both the NBA team and its G League affiliate.
