Infosys headcount drops by 532 employees

IT services giant Infosys saw its headcount decrease by 532 employees during the June quarter. Despite this reduction, the Bengaluru-headquartered company onboarded over 4,000 fresh college graduates in the same period. Infosys plans to recruit a total of 20,000 college graduates this fiscal year, maintaining a similar hiring target as the previous year. This indicates a strategic shift in workforce management amidst evolving industry demands.
