Karnataka's opposition BJP has accused the ruling Congress government of financial irregularities amounting to Rs 14.95 crore within the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Development Corporation. BJP leader R. Ashok alleged that funds meant for Scheduled Castes' welfare were siphoned off through fake bank accounts and forged documents, with fixed deposits being prematurely closed. This follows a similar alleged scam in the Maharshi Valmiki Scheduled Tribes Development Corporation.

कर्नाटक में विपक्ष, बीजेपी ने सत्तारूढ़ कांग्रेस सरकार पर डॉ. बी.आर. अंबेडकर डेवलपमेंट कॉरपोरेशन में ₹14.95 करोड़ के वित्तीय अनियमितताओं का आरोप लगाया है। बीजेपी नेता आर. अशोक ने आरोप लगाया कि अनुसूचित जातियों के कल्याण के लिए रखे गए पैसे को फर्जी बैंक खातों और जाली दस्तावेजों के जरिए हड़प लिया गया, जिसमें फिक्स्ड डिपॉजिट को समय से पहले बंद कर दिया गया। यह महर्षि वाल्मीकि अनुसूचित जनजाति विकास निगम में हुए ऐसे ही कथित घोटाले के बाद हुआ है।
