ED Arrests Ex-Chhattisgarh PSC Chairman

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested Taman Singh Sonwani, the former chairman of the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (PSC). Sonwani is accused of leaking question papers and rigging selections. The ED alleges he engaged in these corrupt practices in exchange for illegal gratification. He is also accused of favouring his own relatives and candidates who paid bribes.

प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) ने छत्तीसगढ़ लोक सेवा आयोग (PSC) के पूर्व अध्यक्ष तामन सिंह सोनवानी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। सोनवानी पर परीक्षा के प्रश्न पत्र लीक करने और चयन में धांधली का आरोप है। ED का कहना है कि उन्होंने अवैध पैसों के बदले ये गलत काम किए। उन पर अपने रिश्तेदारों और रिश्वत देने वाले उम्मीदवारों को फायदा पहुंचाने का भी आरोप है।
