India has recorded 13% less rainfall this monsoon season, with the IMD officially declaring its end. While most of North and West India will remain dry, parts of the South and Northeast are expected to receive rain. Kerala, South Interior Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu are forecast to experience heavy showers, with thunderstorms also possible in these regions. A low-pressure area over Northeast Bengal Bay is contributing to the activity in the Northeast.
