Men Jailed For Raping, Abducting Minor Girl

A special court in Kalaburagi has sentenced three men in separate cases involving a 12-year-old survivor. The prime accused received a 25-year jail term for rape. Two other youths were sentenced to three years imprisonment each for abducting and sexually harassing the minor. These stringent punishments aim to deter such heinous crimes and ensure justice for victims, reinforcing the legal framework protecting children.

कालाबुर्गी की एक विशेष अदालत ने 12 साल की बच्ची से जुड़े अलग-अलग मामलों में तीन लोगों को सजा सुनाई है। मुख्य आरोपी को बलात्कार के आरोप में 25 साल की जेल हुई है। वहीं, दो अन्य युवकों को नाबालिग के अपहरण और यौन उत्पीड़न के मामले में तीन-तीन साल की कैद मिली है। इन सख्त सज़ाओं का मकसद ऐसे घिनौने अपराधों को रोकना और पीड़ितों को न्याय दिलाना है।
