Cuddalore Collector Sibi Adhithya Senthil Kumar inspected dengue prevention measures in Sellankuppam and Semmandalam on Monday. He reviewed efforts to prevent mosquito breeding ahead of the Northeast monsoon, emphasizing that preventing mosquito breeding is key to controlling dengue. Residents are urged to remove potential water-stagnation sites and keep surroundings clean. Government hospitals have set up special wards, with 116 patients currently undergoing treatment for dengue.

कुड्डलोर कलेक्टर सिबी आदित्य सेंथिल कुमार ने सोमवार को सेल्लांकुप्पम और सेम्मंडलम में डेंगू रोकथाम के उपायों का निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने उत्तर-पूर्वी मानसून से पहले मच्छरों के प्रजनन को रोकने के प्रयासों की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने कहा कि डेंगू को नियंत्रित करने के लिए मच्छरों के पनपने से रोकना सबसे ज़रूरी है। लोगों से कहा गया है कि वे पानी जमा होने वाली जगहों को हटा दें और आसपास साफ रखें।
