Ghana's football association announced on Thursday that coach Carlos Queiroz has mutually parted ways with the team. This decision follows a recent 2-4 home defeat against Gambia in an Africa Cup of Nations clash. Queiroz, appointed in April, led Ghana at the World Cup, securing one win, a draw, and a loss in the group stage before exiting in the knockouts. In seven matches, his record stands at one win, two draws, and four defeats, with Ghana scoring five goals and conceding ten.
