Security agencies in Samba, Jammu, have apprehended Tara Chand, a resident of Bihar's Araria district, near the India-Pakistan international border. During the investigation, over a dozen Pakistani mobile numbers were discovered on his phone. Tara Chand was reportedly residing in a rented accommodation in the Arnia area of Jammu district. He was taken into custody after being spotted near the border by security forces. Further inquiries revealed the use of a VPN connection on his device, prompting agencies to investigate its purpose.

जम्मू के सांबा में सुरक्षा एजेंसियों ने बिहार के अररिया जिले के रहने वाले तारा चंद को भारत-पाकिस्तान अंतरराष्ट्रीय सीमा के पास पकड़ा है। जांच के दौरान उसके फोन में एक दर्जन से ज़्यादा पाकिस्तानी मोबाइल नंबर मिले। तारा चंद कथित तौर पर जम्मू जिले के अरनिया इलाके में किराए के मकान में रह रहा था। सुरक्षा बलों ने उसे सीमा के पास देखा और हिरासत में ले लिया। आगे की पूछताछ में उसके डिवाइस पर वीपीएन कनेक्शन का इस्तेमाल करने का पता चला, जिससे एजेंसियां इसके उद्देश्य की जांच कर रही हैं।
