Senior IPS officer Dr. Prashakha Mathur has been transferred and is awaiting posting, following a high-profile property acquisition controversy in Rajasthan. Her husband, senior IAS officer Shikhar Agarwal, was also previously sent to APO. The Anti-Corruption Bureau is investigating allegations that the couple, along with other family members, purchased 40 villas and cottages worth approximately ₹6.16 crore within 2.5 years. The state government has granted formal approval for the investigation under Section 17-A of the Prevention of Corruption Act, intensifying scrutiny on the officer couple.

वरिष्ठ IPS अधिकारी डॉ. प्रशाखा माथुर का तबादला कर दिया गया है और वह पोस्टिंग का इंतजार कर रही हैं। यह राजस्थान में एक हाई-प्रोफाइल संपत्ति अधिग्रहण विवाद के बाद हुआ है। उनके पति, वरिष्ठ IAS अधिकारी शिखर अग्रवाल को भी पहले APO भेजा गया था। भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक ब्यूरो (ACB) इस आरोप की जांच कर रहा है कि दंपति ने परिवार के अन्य सदस्यों के साथ मिलकर 2.5 साल में लगभग ₹6.16 करोड़ की 40 विला और कॉटेज खरीदे। राज्य सरकार ने भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम की धारा 17-A के तहत जांच के लिए औपचारिक मंजूरी दे दी है, जिससे अधिकारी दंपति पर शिकंजा कस गया है।
