Palo Alto Networks CEO Warns of Accelerating Cyberattacks

Nikesh Arora, CEO of Palo Alto Networks, has warned of a significant increase in cyberattacks, predicting a rapid acceleration due to AI-powered capabilities. He noted that attacks are not becoming more sophisticated but are increasing in volume, speed, and automation, making attack path discovery easier. Arora advised companies to test infrastructure for vulnerabilities, fix code, update old systems, and implement security frameworks for new AI coding tools. He emphasized that the ease of attacking has led to more people becoming proficient hackers.
