AI Industry Urged to Slow Development Pace

Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei has called for the artificial intelligence industry to slow its development pace to allow safety measures to catch up. He warned that AI could become capable of controlling internet swarms within six to 12 months, posing significant risks.
