Kerala Man Arrested Under POCSO Act For Sexually Harassing Minor Girl

Kottiyam Police in Thiruvananthapuram have arrested 43-year-old Santhosh for allegedly sexually harassing and exposing himself to a minor girl. The incident occurred when the girl was returning home from tuition classes and the accused allegedly followed her. He also made sexually coloured remarks before the girl managed to escape. The case was registered after the girl disclosed the incident to her parents. The accused has been charged under the POCSO Act and BNS Section 75(1)(iv) and remanded in judicial custody.
