Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that speed restrictions on Starlink and Starshield satellite systems are still in effect, impacting military operations. This contradicts claims made by former US President Donald Trump, who asserted that SpaceX had restored Ukraine's access. Zelensky highlighted that the promised missile defense systems are also delayed, posing a significant challenge given Russia's frequent attacks. The speed limits, reportedly imposed around, affect drone operations and coordination, making it difficult for Ukrainian forces to counter Russian threats effectively.
