American IT services giant Cognizant Technology Solutions has agreed to acquire Australia-headquartered DyFlex Solutions, an AI-led SAP transformation firm. This marks Cognizant's third acquisition in 2026, aiming to enhance its enterprise platform, AI, and SAP capabilities in the region. DyFlex, founded in 2011, has over 300 employees across Australia and New Zealand, specializing in SAP ecosystem services. The transaction, expected to close in Q1 2027, will bolster Cognizant's strategy to augment inorganic revenue and its AI business.
