Telangana to Remove Private Properties From 22-A List

The Telangana government has ordered the removal of eligible private properties from the prohibited list under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908. This decision is expected to benefit approximately 1.41 lakh houses and plots across the state. Properties with valid layout, building, or apartment approvals will now be eligible for registration. This move aims to resolve issues where genuine private properties were inadvertently included in the prohibited list, impacting thousands of owners who faced difficulties selling or registering their properties.

तेलंगाना सरकार ने रजिस्ट्रेशन एक्ट, 1908 की धारा 22-ए के तहत प्रतिबंधित सूची से योग्य निजी संपत्तियों को हटाने का आदेश दिया है। इस फैसले से राज्य भर में लगभग 1.41 लाख घरों और प्लॉटों को फायदा होने की उम्मीद है। अब वैध लेआउट, भवन या अपार्टमेंट अनुमोदन वाली संपत्तियों का पंजीकरण हो सकेगा। इस कदम का उद्देश्य उन समस्याओं को हल करना है जहाँ वास्तविक निजी संपत्तियों को अनजाने में प्रतिबंधित सूची में शामिल कर लिया गया था, जिससे हजारों मालिकों को परेशानी हो रही थी जो अपनी संपत्तियों को बेचने या पंजीकृत करने में कठिनाइयों का सामना कर रहे थे।
