NEET-UG paper leak case: 52 accused face trial

A special CBI court in Patna has framed charges against 52 individuals in the NEET-UG 2024 paper leak case. The trial is set to begin, with the prosecution directed to present witnesses and documentary evidence. The CBI had initially filed a chargesheet against 54 accused, but proceedings against two were separated. The case came to light in May 2024 when police intercepted a car and found evidence of a suspected paper leak network. The investigation traced the alleged leak to an examination centre in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand.

पटना की एक विशेष CBI कोर्ट ने NEET-UG 2024 पेपर लीक मामले में 52 लोगों के खिलाफ आरोप तय कर दिए हैं। अब मुकदमे की सुनवाई शुरू होगी। CBI ने पहले 54 आरोपियों के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दाखिल की थी, लेकिन दो के मामले अलग कर दिए गए। यह मामला मई 2024 में तब सामने आया जब पुलिस ने एक कार से पेपर लीक के सबूत पकड़े। जांच में लीक का तार हजारीबाग, झारखंड के एक परीक्षा केंद्र से जुड़ा मिला।
