BRS leader P. Sabitha Indra Reddy has accused the Telangana government of illegally acquiring land for the bullet train project without necessary permissions. She stated that Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw had previously clarified that no state government was asked to acquire land for the project. Reddy further alleged that forcible land acquisitions were occurring in Rangareddy district without disclosing the purpose, suggesting the lands were being taken for Chief Minister's family interests. She also criticized the government's handling of the Pharma City project and land dealings in Ibrahimpatnam.

बीआरएस नेता पी. सबिता इंद्रा रेड्डी ने तेलंगाना सरकार पर आवश्यक अनुमति के बिना बुलेट ट्रेन प्रोजेक्ट के लिए अवैध रूप से भूमि अधिग्रहण करने का आरोप लगाया है। उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्रीय रेल मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव ने पहले स्पष्ट किया था कि इस प्रोजेक्ट के लिए किसी भी राज्य सरकार से जमीन का अधिग्रहण करने को नहीं कहा गया था। रेड्डी ने आगे आरोप लगाया कि रंगारेड्डी जिले में बिना उद्देश्य बताए जबरन जमीन अधिग्रहण किया जा रहा है, जिससे यह संकेत मिलता है कि जमीन मुख्यमंत्री के परिवार के हितों के लिए ली जा रही है। उन्होंने फार्मा सिटी प्रोजेक्ट और इब्राहिमपटनम में जमीन के सौदों को लेकर भी सरकार की आलोचना की।
