RBI Forms Technical Committee to Address Financial Market Issues

The Reserve Bank of India has established a technical consultative committee focused on financial markets. This committee will engage with market participants regarding policy and operational matters. Chaired by a deputy governor, it will oversee money, government securities, and foreign exchange markets, including derivatives and infrastructure. Its mandate includes examining market liquidity, resilience, trading systems, and emerging risks. The committee is scheduled to convene at least once every quarter to discuss these critical areas.

भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक ने वित्तीय बाज़ारों पर केंद्रित एक तकनीकी सलाहकार समिति का गठन किया है। यह समिति नीति और परिचालन संबंधी मामलों पर बाज़ार सहभागियों के साथ बातचीत करेगी। एक डिप्टी गवर्नर की अध्यक्षता में, यह डेरिवेटिव और बुनियादी ढांचे सहित मुद्रा, सरकारी प्रतिभूतियों और विदेशी मुद्रा बाज़ारों की देखरेख करेगी। इसके अधिकार क्षेत्र में बाज़ार की तरलता, लचीलापन, ट्रेडिंग सिस्टम और उभरते जोखिमों की जांच शामिल है। समिति इन महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्रों पर चर्चा करने के लिए कम से कम हर तिमाही में एक बार बैठक करेगी।
