Explosives Found On Vijayawada Bus, Panic Ensues

Panic erupted at Vijayawada's Pandit Nehru Bus Station on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, after a passenger discovered a bag containing 46 gelatin sticks and 50 detonators on a bus. The unattended bag was found on a bus travelling from Narasaraopet to Vijayawada. Police have registered a case under the Explosives Act and are investigating all angles to trace the owner, suspecting the explosives were intended for quarry operations.

विजयवाड़ा के पंडित नेहरू बस स्टेशन पर मंगलवार को हड़कंप मच गया। एक यात्री को बस में एक लावारिस बैग मिला, जिसमें 46 जिलेटिन की छड़ें और 50 डेटोनेटर थे। यह बस नरसरावपेट से विजयवाड़ा आ रही थी। पुलिस ने विस्फोटक अधिनियम के तहत मामला दर्ज कर लिया है और मालिक का पता लगाने के लिए जांच कर रही है। शक है कि ये विस्फोटक खदानों के लिए थे।
