UN Hails India's Role as Bridge-Builder

The UN spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric welcomed the meeting between Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on the sidelines of the Brics Summit. Dujarric emphasized the importance of parties in conflict meeting and highlighted India's potential role as a bridge-builder. He also urged all parties to implement the peace plan for Gaza endorsed by the UN Security Council, describing the humanitarian situation.

संयुक्त राष्ट्र के प्रवक्ता Stéphane Dujarric ने ब्रिक्स शिखर सम्मेलन के मौके पर ईरान के राष्ट्रपति Masoud Pezeshkian और अबू धाबी के क्राउन प्रिंस Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan की मुलाकात का स्वागत किया। Dujarric ने कहा कि विवाद में शामिल पक्षों का मिलना ज़रूरी है और उन्होंने भारत को पुल बनाने वाले के तौर पर अहम भूमिका निभाने की बात कही। उन्होंने गाजा के लिए UN Security Council द्वारा मंजूर शांति योजना को लागू करने का भी आग्रह किया।
