Vaibhav Suryavanshi's childhood coach, Manish Ojha, has strongly criticized the Indian team management for not including the young player in the playing XI for the first three T20 matches against West Indies. Ojha accused the setup of arbitrariness, stating that players cannot be developed by keeping them on the bench. He emphasized that talented players like Vaibhav need consistent match experience to improve and prepare for international challenges. Ojha also expressed concern that continuous exclusion could negatively impact Vaibhav's confidence and make him feel unwanted by the team.
