Ola Electric Shares Tumble After Rally, Brokerages Cautious

Ola Electric shares dropped 9% on Friday, reversing a 17% rally over the previous four days. The EV scooter maker's market capitalization fell to approximately Rs 18,000 crore. The company is considering a rights issue to raise funds, following a recent board approval to raise up to Rs 1,500 crore. Despite recent gains supported by strong sales and incentives, brokerages like Citi and Kotak Institutional Equities maintain 'Sell' ratings due to concerns over volume scale and cash burn.

ओला इलेक्ट्रिक के शेयर शुक्रवार को 9% गिर गए। पिछले चार दिनों की 17% की तेजी पर इससे पानी फिर गया। ईवी स्कूटर बनाने वाली कंपनी का मार्केट कैप करीब 18,000 करोड़ रुपये रह गया। कंपनी फंड जुटाने के लिए राइट्स इश्यू पर विचार कर रही है। हाल ही में बोर्ड ने 1,500 करोड़ रुपये तक जुटाने की मंजूरी दी थी। अच्छी बिक्री और इंसेंटिव के बावजूद, Citi और Kotak जैसी ब्रोकरेज फर्मों ने वॉल्यूम और कैश बर्न की चिंताओं के चलते 'Sell' रेटिंग बनाए रखी है।
