Noida DM Moves SC Against HC NSA Detention

नोएडा की डिस्ट्रिक्ट मजिस्ट्रेट मेधा रूपम ने इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट के एक आदेश को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी है। हाई कोर्ट ने रूपम की सैलरी से 5 लाख रुपये का हर्जाना देने का आदेश दिया था। यह जुर्माना स्टूडेंट आकृति चौधरी को NSA के तहत हिरासत में रखने के कारण लगाया गया था। डीएम ने इस आदेश को पलटने की अपील की है।
