Sebi Forms Working Group To Review Innovators Growth Platform Framework

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has formed a working group to review the regulatory framework for the Innovators Growth Platform (IGP). This review aims to improve capital market access for innovation-led enterprises, particularly in emerging sectors like deep-tech and biotech. The group will assess eligibility, listing, and investor participation norms. It will also examine international regulations and recommend amendments to enhance access while ensuring investor protection. The panel is co-chaired by Srini Srinivasan and Prashanth Prakash.
