The mother of a British Sikh man convicted of murdering a teenager has been jailed for hiding the murder weapon. Gurjeet Kaur, 40, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for perverting the course of justice. Her son, Maninder Singh, was found guilty of killing 17-year-old Harjot Singh in Southall, West London.
