Ajay Devgn's Mumbai Bungalow Faces BMC Action Over Unauthorised Construction

BMC has declared the ongoing construction at actor Ajay Devgn's Juhu bungalow as unauthorised. The BMC's K/West ward office rejected the owners' reply, stating they failed to submit documents proving civic approval for the work. A stop-work notice was issued on September 10, alleging unauthorised additions and alterations. The owners were directed to halt work immediately and provide permissions within 24 hours. The BMC's speaking order on October 6 confirmed the construction's unauthorised status due to the lack of supporting documentation.

बीएमसी ने एक्टर अजय देवगन के जुहू वाले बंगले में चल रहे निर्माण को अवैध घोषित कर दिया है। बीएमसी के के/वेस्ट वार्ड ऑफिस ने मालिकों का जवाब खारिज कर दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि वे काम के लिए बीएमसी की मंजूरी साबित करने वाले दस्तावेज़ जमा नहीं कर पाए। 10 सितंबर को काम रोकने का नोटिस जारी किया गया था, जिसमें अवैध जोड़तोड़ का आरोप लगाया गया था। मालिकों को तुरंत काम बंद करने और 24 घंटे के अंदर परमिशन देने का निर्देश दिया गया था। 6 अक्टूबर को बीएमसी के स्पीकिंग ऑर्डर ने सहायक दस्तावेज़ों की कमी के कारण निर्माण को अवैध स्थिति की पुष्टि की।
