Delhi Metro Magenta Line To Get Four Triple Interchange Stations

Delhi Metro's Magenta Line is set to become a major transit hub with the upcoming extension project. Central Secretariat and New Delhi stations will transform into triple interchange points, allowing seamless travel between three different metro lines at a single station. This expansion will significantly improve connectivity to government offices and commercial centers in central Delhi. The extended Magenta Line will eventually span 89 km, becoming the longest corridor in the Delhi Metro network, operated by driverless trains.
