Jio Platforms has entered the top tier of global telecom companies, securing the fifth position worldwide with a market capitalization of $137.3 billion (₹13.1 lakh crore) following its public listing. This valuation places Jio ahead of Germany's Deutsche Telekom and positions it behind US giants AT&T, Verizon, and China Mobile. Despite its relatively smaller scale compared to international operators, Jio commands a significant valuation premium due to its advanced 4G and 5G networks and proprietary digital platforms, differentiating it from legacy infrastructure of global competitors.
