Rajasthan Tourism Body Records Highest Profit In Four Years

The Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation (RTDC) has achieved its highest first-half profit in four years, earning Rs 98.96 lakh between April and September of FY 2026-27. This profit was generated despite the period being the traditional off-season for tourism. Key properties like Gangaur Hotel and Lake Palace Hotel contributed significantly, with Durg Cafe at Nahargarh Fort reporting a profit of Rs 1.59 crore. The corporation also benefits from a Rs 5 crore annual income from the Palace on Wheels luxury train.

राजस्थान पर्यटन विकास निगम (RTDC) ने चार साल में पहली छमाही में सबसे ज़्यादा मुनाफ़ा कमाया है। अप्रैल से सितंबर 2026-27 के बीच 98.96 लाख रुपये का लाभ हुआ। यह मुनाफ़ा तब हुआ जब यह समय पर्यटन के लिए पारंपरिक ऑफ-सीज़न माना जाता है। गंगौर होटल और लेक पैलेस होटल जैसी मुख्य संपत्तियों ने इसमें बड़ा योगदान दिया। नाहरगढ़ किले में स्थित दुर्ग कैफे ने 1.59 करोड़ रुपये का मुनाफ़ा दर्ज किया। पैलेस ऑन व्हील्स लग्ज़री ट्रेन से निगम को सालाना 5 करोड़ रुपये की आय भी होती है।
