A 30-year-old painter from Uttar Pradesh was allegedly stabbed to death by a carpenter following a quarrel over cooking at a newly constructed house in Bengaluru on Sunday. The victim, Amit Kumar, was working at the site along with three carpenters, including the accused, Sunil Kumar. Police reported that Sunil, who was allegedly drunk, initiated the argument over cooking, which escalated when Amit reportedly hit him. In retaliation, Sunil allegedly used a kitchen knife to stab Amit, leading to his death from heavy blood loss.

रविवार को बेंगलुरु में एक नए बन रहे घर में खाना पकाने को लेकर हुए झगड़े के बाद उत्तर प्रदेश के एक 30 वर्षीय पेंटर की कथित तौर पर चाकू मारकर हत्या कर दी गई। मृतक, अमित कुमार, उसी साइट पर तीन कारपेंटरों के साथ काम कर रहा था, जिसमें आरोपी सुनील कुमार भी शामिल था। पुलिस ने बताया कि सुनील, जो कथित तौर पर नशे में था, ने खाना पकाने को लेकर बहस शुरू की, जो तब बढ़ गई जब अमित ने कथित तौर पर उसे मारा। जवाबी कार्रवाई में, सुनील ने कथित तौर पर रसोई के चाकू से अमित पर वार किया, जिससे भारी खून बहने से उसकी मौत हो गई।
