This occurred despite the farmers possessing registered sale deeds and an ongoing ownership dispute.

तेलंगाना हाई कोर्ट ने ज़मीन के एक मामले में अनोखा फैसला सुनाया है। कोर्ट ने सरकार पर भरोसा न जताने की बात कही है। किसानों का आरोप है कि HYDRAA के अफसरों ने बुलडोजर से उनकी ज़मीन पर कब्ज़ा किया, गेट तोड़े और बाड़ लगा दी। यह सब तब हुआ जब किसानों के पास ज़मीन के पट्टे थे और मालिकाना हक़ का मामला भी चल रहा था।
