Trichy Corporation Opens First e-Sevai Centre at Dedicated Ward Office

Trichy Corporation has inaugurated its first e-Sevai centre within a dedicated ward office at Thennur, aiming to bring services closer to residents. This new centre, located near Thennur KMC and opened by Mayor Mu Anbalagan, will allow citizens to submit grievances and obtain documents like community, income, and nativity certificates. Residents can also apply for beneficiary schemes and pay electricity bills and property taxes. The corporation plans to open similar centres in other ward offices, enhancing decentralised public service delivery.

तिरुचि निगम ने थेन्नूर में एक समर्पित वार्ड कार्यालय के भीतर अपना पहला ई-सेवा केंद्र खोला है, जिसका लक्ष्य निवासियों के करीब सेवाएं लाना है। थेन्नूर केएमसी के पास स्थित और मेयर मु. अनबालगन द्वारा खोला गया यह नया केंद्र नागरिकों को शिकायतें दर्ज करने और सामुदायिक, आय और मूल प्रमाण पत्र जैसे दस्तावेज प्राप्त करने की सुविधा देगा। निवासी लाभार्थी योजनाओं के लिए आवेदन भी कर सकते हैं और बिजली बिल और संपत्ति कर का भुगतान कर सकते हैं। निगम अन्य वार्ड कार्यालयों में भी इसी तरह के केंद्र खोलने की योजना बना रहा है, जिससे विकेन्द्रीकृत सार्वजनिक सेवा वितरण में सुधार होगा।
