Stepmother Poisons Two Children For Property, Attempts To Stage Food Poisoning

A shocking incident has occurred in Andhra Pradesh where a stepmother allegedly poisoned her husband's two young children, 10-year-old Satvik and 8-year-old Nitya, by mixing poison in chicken biryani. The children initially survived the first attempt but succumbed to the poison after the stepmother administered it again. The motive is believed to be greed for family property. Police arrested the stepmother, Mary, and her husband, Rambabu, after a constable became suspicious of the deaths, which were initially presented as food poisoning.
