The Gujarat High Court has dismissed a petition filed by Takshashila Developers challenging an order from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). Justice Nisha Thakore noted that the company had already pursued statutory appellate remedies under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Takshashila had contested the NCLT’s decision to admit Section 7 petitions, initiating corporate insolvency resolution. The dispute involves a loan of Rs 11 crore from Sheth Fincap Services, secured by property. The court dismissed the petition on grounds of maintainability, stating it would not exercise its writ jurisdiction.
