Teenager Builds Drone Startup Valued At $37 Million

Naman Pushp, now 21, founded Bengaluru-based aerospace startup Airbound, which has raised $37 million in Series A funding. His journey began at 15 during the lockdown when he experimented with drones, calling his project Open Drone. He invested $500 won at a hackathon into building his first prototype. Airbound aims to make drone delivery economically competitive with trucking. Pushp previously secured venture funding at 16, choosing to build his company over attending university.
