A search is underway for individuals who may have been on a yacht discovered adrift off a French island. The vessel was spotted by a passenger on a Brittany Ferries ship en route from Portsmouth, UK, to Bilbao, Spain. The passenger raised the alarm after noticing the yacht appeared to be in distress.
