Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy urged support for Rahul Gandhi in the upcoming general elections, stating that empowering backward classes depends on Gandhi becoming Prime Minister. Speaking at the birth anniversary of folk hero Pandaga Sayanna Mudiraj in Hyderabad, Reddy announced a Cabinet sub-committee to review the Mudiraj community's demand for inclusion in the BC-A category. He assured that the community would be partners in governance and mentioned plans to install statues of folk heroes.
