Gurgaon Authorities Crack Down on Unauthorised PGs

Gurgaon's district town planner has identified over 30 buildings in Sushant Lok-3 for potential enforcement action due to unauthorised PGs and guesthouses operating from residential properties. Show-cause notices and restoration orders have been issued to these properties, with some cases already completed. The survey also found commercial offices and other business activities operating illegally. This action follows recent Supreme Court directions and a wider enforcement drive against commercial use of residential properties in Gurgaon.

गुरुग्राम के जिला नगर योजनाकार ने सुशांत लोक-3 में 30 से ज़्यादा इमारतों को अनधिकृत पीजी और गेस्ट हाउस चलाने के कारण कार्रवाई के लिए चिन्हित किया है। इन इमारतों को कारण बताओ नोटिस और बहाली आदेश जारी किए गए हैं, और कुछ मामलों में कार्रवाई पूरी हो चुकी है। सर्वे में अवैध रूप से चल रहे कमर्शियल ऑफिस और अन्य व्यावसायिक गतिविधियां भी पाई गईं। यह कार्रवाई हाल ही में Supreme Court के निर्देशों और गुरुग्राम में आवासीय संपत्तियों के व्यावसायिक उपयोग के खिलाफ व्यापक प्रवर्तन अभियान के बाद हुई है।
