Mother Booked After Infant Drowns In Well In Malappuram

Police in Malappuram have registered a case against a 25-year-old woman, Vinjusha, after her eight-month-old son drowned. She allegedly jumped into a well with the child at Mundakkulam on Thursday morning. The case has been registered under Section 105 of BNS for culpable homicide not amounting to murder. The infant, Sayan Siddh, could not be saved despite locals rushing both to a hospital. The incident came to light when family members searched for the missing mother and child.

मालापुरम में पुलिस ने 25 वर्षीय महिला विंजूषा के खिलाफ अपने आठ महीने के बेटे के डूबने के बाद मामला दर्ज किया है। आरोप है कि उसने गुरुवार सुबह मुंडक्कलम में बच्चे के साथ एक कुएं में छलांग लगा दी थी। गैर इरादतन हत्या के तहत बीएनएस की धारा 105 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है। बच्चे, सायन सिद्धार्थ को बचाया नहीं जा सका, भले ही स्थानीय लोग दोनों को अस्पताल ले गए थे। यह घटना तब सामने आई जब परिवार के सदस्यों ने लापता मां और बच्चे की तलाश की।
