बिहार के परिवहन मंत्री दामोदर रावत ने अधिकारियों को विभागीय काम में तेजी लाने और यह सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया है कि सार्वजनिक सेवाएं तय समय सीमा के अंदर दी जाएं। एक समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान, उन्होंने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि अनावश्यक देरी, लापरवाही और जवाबदेही की कमी बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। मंत्री ने अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों से बेहतर तालमेल और प्रतिबद्धता की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया। लंबित मामलों का तुरंत समाधान किया जाना चाहिए, और योजनाओं का लाभ बिना किसी देरी के जनता तक पहुंचना चाहिए। देरी या लक्ष्य हासिल न करने के लिए जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों को कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया जाएगा।
