Gurugram has reported 70 dengue cases as of Friday, with two new infections added, exceeding the 64 cases recorded in the entire 2025 season. This surge occurs as Haryana's statewide dengue tally crossed 500 cases by October 4, a significant increase from 318 cases on September 14. Health officials are urging residents to prevent water stagnation, which contributes to mosquito breeding. No dengue-related deaths have been confirmed in Gurugram this year, though the district previously had the highest case count in the state.

शुक्रवार तक गुरुग्राम में डेंगू के 70 मामले सामने आए हैं, जिनमें दो नए संक्रमण शामिल हैं। यह संख्या 2025 के पूरे सीजन में दर्ज 64 मामलों से ज़्यादा है। यह वृद्धि ऐसे समय में हुई है जब हरियाणा में 4 अक्टूबर तक डेंगू के कुल मामले 500 को पार कर गए, जो 14 सितंबर को 318 मामलों से काफी ज़्यादा है। स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी निवासियों से पानी जमा न होने देने की अपील कर रहे हैं, जिससे मच्छरों का प्रजनन होता है। इस साल गुरुग्राम में डेंगू से किसी की मौत की पुष्टि नहीं हुई है, हालांकि जिले में पहले राज्य में सबसे ज़्यादा मामले थे।
