Focused, end-to-end monitoring will replace brief cleanups, ensuring sustained upkeep throughout journeys. Initially, 11 high-priority trains with travel times exceeding 40 hours, covering distances between 1,700 km and 4,158 km, will undergo enhanced oversight. Deficiencies in housekeeping, toilets, and waste management will be addressed promptly during travel. Performance of On-Board Housekeeping Services agencies will be closely monitored, with complaints integrated into a traceable system.
