Bus services from the Haryana Roadways Hisar depot were completely halted on Saturday morning due to an indefinite strike launched by the Roadways workers' union. Employees blocked the depot's main gate, preventing over 83 buses from operating on various long-distance and local routes, including those to Delhi and Chandigarh. The strike follows failed talks between union representatives and the administration on Friday evening regarding pending financial benefits, allowances, and overtime dues. Union leaders stated the strike will continue until their demands are permanently resolved, leaving commuters scrambling for alternative transportation.

हरियाणा रोडवेज हिसार डिपो से बस सेवाएं शनिवार सुबह पूरी तरह से रोक दी गईं क्योंकि रोडवेज कर्मचारी संघ ने अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल शुरू कर दी। कर्मचारियों ने डिपो के मुख्य द्वार को अवरुद्ध कर दिया, जिससे दिल्ली और चंडीगढ़ सहित विभिन्न लंबी दूरी और स्थानीय मार्गों पर 83 से अधिक बसों का संचालन नहीं हो सका। यह हड़ताल शुक्रवार शाम को वित्तीय लाभ, भत्ते और ओवरटाइम बकाया के संबंध में यूनियन प्रतिनिधियों और प्रशासन के बीच हुई असफल बातचीत के बाद हुई। यूनियन नेताओं ने कहा कि जब तक उनकी मांगों का स्थायी समाधान नहीं हो जाता, तब तक हड़ताल जारी रहेगी, जिससे यात्रियों को वैकल्पिक परिवहन की तलाश करनी पड़ रही है।
